Are you using Windows Media Center?

Try following those instructions, I did it once and it was a pain to set up. My PC Now Picks up my 360 and anyone who's feeding off of my connection to play theirs with the wireless network adapter. It should'nt be hard if you follow those instructions, Let me know if that helps you out.
