Can i connect my regular Xbox to Xbox live and play online?

I don't have 360, just the regular Xbox. If i can connect 2 Live then i will be doing so with the internet cable connected to my laptop.Can i connect my regular Xbox to Xbox live and play online?

you just have to use the ethernet cable that you can take out of your laptop or computer! (the one wih the LARGE ends not that fits the phone,

click it into the xbox and into the modem, wait for the green light then just connect to xboxlive!

Yes, the Xbox has Xbox Live functionality. You can either take the cable from the laptop and plug it in the Ethernet port on the Xbox or get a hub and connect that to your modem or wall-jack and plug into the Xbox and laptop.
