I have never updated my xbox for xbox live this is the first time I have connected to the internet with xbox 360. How big is the file?
I have a slow internet speed tell me how long will it take on dial up.How big is the system update for xbox live?
If you still have Dial Up, there's no point getting XBOX Live
It is going to crawl and you won't go anywhere, your internet is far too slow for it. Not to mention, you'll get disconnected when the phone rings and it will cost a tonne just to play it for an hour. Downloads could take days to finish, you will lag out of games (dial up's fault)

I don't even think it's possible to connect to LIVE with dial, because you need an ethernet cable and a router (router's to my knowledge are usually for broadband)How big is the system update for xbox live?
there's really no point connecting with net that slow
