How much longer will it be until Microsoft releases their new line of XBox?

I am thinking about getting an XBox 360 since the prices are relatively low and I was wondering when Microsoft is going to release a new kind of XBox (ie. XBox -%26gt; XBox 360 -%26gt; _____) because I don't want to spend money on a "new" XBox 360 and then a week later Microsoft releases like the XBox 720 or something....How much longer will it be until Microsoft releases their new line of XBox?

Microsoft has said they expect the 360 to have about a 10 year life cycle. That would put the next one out around 2015.



Project Natal is supposed to come out i 2010, But that is an add-on camera control for the 360 and not a new console. The fact that Microsoft has been concentrating on the development of Natal also makes me think it will be a while before they come out with another console.
