Is it possible to hack/modify your Xbox 360 so you can play installed games without a disk?

I think its silly how you have to keep on changing disks all of the time when you have the game already installed on your xbox. Is there some way to be able to play installed games without having the disk in the xbox

I'm sure it's possible, just as it's possible to hack your Xbox 360 to play copied games.

Playing games without the cd's anymore for the xbox 360 is possible, it is called JTAG. by applying JTAG to your console you can also place a bigger hard disk drive (up to 2TB), install homebrew(emulators,and the like) and a lot more. By doing this, you must not connect to xbox live or go online because once Microsoft detects that your console is hacked, they will ban your console making it unplayable. There are processes to "unban" your console but they will take long procedures to do, and it's not guaranteed to work. JTAG your console, then stay offline, no problems.



Search through google, but before that, WHAT you should know though, JTAG has requirements. You shouldn't have updated your console, and your dashboard version should be lower than 2.8.
