Switching Microsoft points to a different xbox live account?

I have an xbox with two xbox live accounts on it, one account has Microsoft points and the other does not. Can I switch the Microsoft points to the other xbox live account?Switching Microsoft points to a different xbox live account?
No that is not possible. I just emailed customer support a few days ago about merging profiles, points, and all that jazz and was told it is not possible to do any of this.Switching Microsoft points to a different xbox live account?
No accounts are one of the few things not transferable. They are bound to a person and all DLC, points, gamerscore etc are bound to said person. It goes so far that if said person makes a second account they can't transfer over the old DLC s licenses, gamerscore, points etc..

What you do on account A is locked unto account A

What you can do though is just buy DLC and Arcade titles with those points.. as long as you keep your account on the same console you BOUGHT the stuff on. Then you can enjoy Offline/Other Account gameplay with said DLC :)

Many things are tied to your account you know. If you get permanent suspensed [till year 9999] then you can't re download said DLC or other content using said account. Also you can't transfer licenses over from said account.. in short if you get permanent suspended you lose the rights on your DLC.

Though until you delete it you still might run it from the HDD/Flash storage. But it is a ticking timebomb, once your xbox 360 dies on you.. well without the account to recover said content.
