Potentially, yes. Use Microsoft's Internet Connection Sharing service. You didn't say which edition of Microsoft you were running so I cannot be more specific for you.
However this may create a double-NAT, and possibly a require a change of subnet on your router so as to not conflict with the ICS subnet (I think it defaults to 192.168.0.0 from memory).
An alternative would be to purchase a wireless range extender. Belkin used to make these (Belkin WURE devies) for about 拢20.00 UK
