Does anyone no how i can enhance my xbox 360 internet connection?

I use an ethernet cable which i run from my computer to my room where my xbox is. My xbox happens to be across the house(upstairs, down the hallway and into the xbox) and i tend to have bad connection. Is there any way i can enhance the internet connection of my 360?Does anyone no how i can enhance my xbox 360 internet connection?
if you live in canada then you can call Bell. Bell has the best connection in canada i dont care bout rogers because bell give you a routher that even when 5 computers are running on youtube at home you wont lagg.Does anyone no how i can enhance my xbox 360 internet connection?

Unless someone is sharing your internet connection, its probably the connection's fault and you have to either upgrade or stay as you are. If multiple people are using the same internet connection, this will slow it down, as well as depending during the time of day, Xbox Live will get noticeably slower due to to many people online. If you are running your connection through your computer, that will also slow it down, connect the Xbox directly to the router for the fastest connection possible.Does anyone no how i can enhance my xbox 360 internet connection?
contact your internet service provider, but this will cost you more. or even better get road runner w/ power boost, if you don't already. there is no do it yourself fix that you may be thinking of.
